Savannah Commodities Ltd. specializes in tea supply chain management, offering comprehensive services that ensure seamless transportation and preservation of tea's quality 

For raw tea, which requires air circulation, we have specially designed vehicles and ropeways are used to move leaves from fields to factories.

For the finished product, we ship via road and global networks, with specific requirements for handling to prevent damage and ensure timely delivery to auction centers, warehouses, and markets. 

We have a specialised logistics department that use road transport to move tea from gardens to warehouses and auction centers, and between different branches of tea manufacturers. It also has a global network to seamlessly transport tea across borders to international consumers. 

Our Transportatyion model is a specialized Handling for Quality. For instance, Green Leaf Transport Vehicles are designed for free air circulation to prevent premature spoilage.  Finished tea containers are protected from damp weather to prevent mold and mustiness. 

This customized transport solutions are used to preserve the unique flavor nuances of different tea varieties.
Careful Handling procedures are designed to avoid puncturing tea chests, which could lead to losses. 
For traceability, we adhere to Logistics and Regulation in our Transport department  by maintaining detailed records of growers, routes, and collection centers for traceability. 

As tea exporters we are registered with a Tea Board and other relevant authorities in Kenya.
